What is Difference Between CCENT and CCNA

Even if skill with technology isn’t in a job description, there are few careers and fields of work in today’s world that have no connection to the inner-workings of our digital tools. While your staff does not have to be capable of writing their own programs or managing the company network, they should have a basic understanding of the tools that they use to prevent as much user error – the leading cause of data breaches and other cybersecurity risks – as possible.

If your employees ever touch a computer connected to the Internet, then it is beneficial to have them train and take the examination for the basic certifications available in the Cisco system. Here’s how this CCNA 200-301 Dumps can help you and your business.

What Is the Cisco Certification System?

Cisco is the dominant company in the networking field, accounting for 53.8% of the market share. In addition to creating a wide swathe of devices, they created a certification system to provide a way for networking technicians to indicate their proficiency and for employers to have a way to find the right person for the job. The certifications range from the start of an IT career as an Associate to the Experts and Architects who are managing data centers and Internet service providers.

The qualifications needed to take a certification exam varies, but the lowest tiers either have no prerequisites or need a lower certification. This means that it is possible to circumvent the degree path entirely if you want to pursue a career in IT. The first step on that path is to take the DevNet 350-901 Dumps.

ccnp

What Is the CCENT?

The CCENT is the lowest certification available from Cisco. Passing the exam demonstrates a basic understanding of networking technology and the ability to manage the type of networking hardware and software that a business would use.

Your workers will see 50 to 60 questions about the layers of information technology and the protocols that govern how they interact. It also covers practical scenarios such as figuring out the capabilities of a network with a given set of hardware.

Like many private exams such as the SAT, Cisco charges you to take the examination. The exam is administered in person, so your employees won’t be able to take it like an open-book test. This makes it vital to prepare as best as they can to avoid having to retake the CCNP 350-401 Dumps and your company pay for it again.

Which Certifications and Jobs Does the CCENT Unlock?

While the primary goal of training employees is making them perform their current roles better, it also opens up future opportunities for them within your company and as they move forward. The Associate level of exams typically has no prerequisites, but the ones that do become available once they earn their CCENT. Since the CCENT covers essential information, taking it first is the fastest and easiest way to get employees familiar and comfortable with technology.

If you want to move the employee to a full-time IT position, they can continue to work on the Associate level of certifications while they build up time on the job that will flesh out their credentials and give them valuable lessons as they navigate the management of a professional network. For those who remain in other positions, the certification will help whenever their job duties and technology intersect, and they may still benefit from continued education and certifications.

What Is the Best Way to Prepare for the CCENT and Future Exams?

With a full schedule of work, you may wonder when you will have time to schedule your employees for educational seminars to get them ready for the CCENT. ExamClubs Training offers a variety of teaching methods such as DevNet 200-901 Dumps that can work around your scheduling needs. What does the Employee Need CCNA Certification

Cloud computing has moved into the mainstream of enterprise IT and has taken over most of the functions that were traditionally handled by centralized servers. It has become a core competency of all types and sizes of businesses. Cloud computing can no longer be denigrated as “shadow IT” or dismissed as a domain for startups or SMBs. As such, all businesses must be ready to have and manage cloud-based applications.

Technological advancements tend to come with a new challenge: the need for building cloud skills. Lack of expertise is the biggest challenge when it comes to the adoption of cloud computing. What’s more, it may be difficult for businesses to find qualified personnel with the knowledge and competence needed to work with new technology.

That’s why Cisco has updated its certifications with the CCNA Cloud certification. If you’re looking to improve flexibility, scalability, and performance with cloud solutions, your employees must be equipped to support the CCNP 300-715 Dumps.

What is the CCNA Cloud Certification?

The Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud (CCNA Cloud) certification is a program focused on job roles and designed to help IT professionals to develop, improve, and verify their cloud skill set. How Does it Benefit Your Business to Have Certified Employees?

Cloud computing is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective. But since the services are handled on a public network, your data is rendered susceptible to various external threats. You cannot afford to lose critical business data and for this reason, you need competent professionals who can deal efficiently with any kind of threat. What’s more, the networks continue to evolve, making it important to have professionals trained and skilled to maintain and manage networks in your organization.

  • Promotes teamwork: With certification training, your employees will be able to draw from a single knowledge base. As a result, they will be in a position to work together, perform at a given level of expertise, and use common terminology. In essence, certified employees have a shared understanding of cloud computing as well as the associated tasks and issues. Certification will also result in consistent operations that will increase efficiency and lower operational costs, CCNP 350-801 Dumps
  • Employees complete tasks faster: When it comes to handling cloud-computing tasks or resolving problems, CNNA Cloud certified employees typically outperform their peers. Having in-house talent also reduces downtime when there’s a major problem with the cloud platform.
  • Boost your company’s image: You cannot accept to be operated on by an unlicensed surgeon. Similarly, your clients want to know that your IT employees are qualified to protect their data from potential hacking. Having employees with cloud computing certification can improve security and performance, which will lead to customer satisfaction, CCNP 350-601 Dumps.
  • Enhanced employee confidence: The CCNA Cloud certification allows employees to develop an advanced understanding of cloud infrastructure services and engineering technologies to implement job roles and fulfill cloud administration in businesses. They are taught to handle complex day-to-day challenges and deal with real-world cloud services. As such, your employees will have confidence in their abilities and likely to take their work more seriously, think forward, and solve issues before they can affect your company’s performance.

How Can You Tell When You Need a Cloud Certification on Your Team?

If your employees don’t know how to use a certain cloud computing hardware or software efficiently to do their work, then you know it’s time to have them trained to close these skill gaps and boost reliability. Certification is also important if you want to learn new skills. The IT field is dynamic and technological advancements create a growing skills gap. As such, it will be more time-consuming and expensive to hire new employees with cloud computing you’re looking for.

Another telltale sign that it’s time for certification is lack of much-needed support for your employees. When your employees don’t feel supported and well-informed or they don’t know how to apply their knowledge, corporate training can help them apply their skills and knowledge to cloud roles. When your employees are requesting training or sending hints, then it’s an obvious sign that training is needed and your employees are ready to undertake the course.

Whether you’re looking into the cloud or just getting started, educating your employees should be your first strategy. ExamClubs offers the CCNP 300-710 Dumps to prepare your employees for the certification test. Connect with ExamClubs today for more information.

New Change for CCNA in 2020

The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam encompasses a wide range of technical specializations. These certifications, which are offered worldwide, are industry standards that are in demand year after year. Throughout the IT industry, the CCNA certification is valued by organizations for its ability to verify a job candidate’s competency in technical work.

The Updated CCNA

Cisco is now updating the CCNA exam for 2020 so that test takers need only take one exam: the Cisco Certified Network Associated (200-301 CCNA). Candidates have been taking several exams to earn the certification.

This change will go into Feb. 24, 2020. It is designed to prove technical acumen and competency in a wide range of skills and expertise. The new exam tests for competency in security and networking fundamentals, as well as programmability and automation.

Exam takers from your organization will not need prerequisites for the DevNet 350-901 Dumps, but Cisco does recommend that they have at least a year of experience in Cisco solutions, as well as knowledge of basic IP addressing. They should also be competent in networking basics.

Remember all those CCNA certifications your employees have had to take in the past? The new exam will replace all of these:

  • CCNA Collaboration
  • CCNA Cloud
  • CCNA Industrial
  • CCNA Wireless
  • CCNA Security
  • CCNA Industrial
  • CCNA Data Center
  • CCNA Wireless
  • CCNA Service Provider
  • CCNA 200-301 Dumps

On launch day, these associate-level certifications will all be enfolded into the new CCNA and will go away, except CCNA Routing and Switching, which becomes simply CCNA. There has also been word about “”badges”” that will be issued related to courses taken or exams passed. The information on this is as yet somewhat vague, but will be explained more in detail closer to the launch date for the new exam.

Why the Changes?

Cisco explains these changes as a way of “”revolutionizing the role of network professionals and software developers to drive technology innovation and accelerate business.””

For example DevNet, Cisco’s developer program, will encompass software developers and certified network professionals in one community. Cisco’s promotional literature touts this collaboration as a way to share best practices and expand automation capabilities.

While preparing IT professionals for associate-level IT jobs, the new exam will encompass more skills and knowledge. Cisco sees the changes as incorporating software practices into networking, creating one community by having developers and networkers work together solving network problems.

Cisco will release new software certifications to guarantee IT professionals can meet the demands for automation and programming. These innovations will further Cisco’s goal of bringing development and network professionals’ work closer together. This move reflects changes in the industry where automation and network careers are becoming closer aligned, with more companies demanding this ability from IT pros.

ccnp exam

The new exam will be broken down in these proportions:

  • IP Connectivity — 25 percent
  • Network Access — 20 percent
  • Network Fundamentals — 20 percent
  • IP Services — 10 percent
  • Security Fundamentals — 15 percent
  • Automation and Programmability — 10 percent

After exam takers earn a CCNA, they can pursue different specialization paths among the Cisco Certified Specialist careers. Specialization in job roles will replace multiple tracks in the Cisco career path. IT professionals may obtain various skills needed after earning the CCNA.

Cisco hopes that the changes will inspire more agility for those seeking careers in IT, as the market constantly changes and the certification processes try to keep up.

Keep Studying

For those who are currently studying for CCNP 350-401 Dumps for CCNA, it’s probably a good idea to proceed, as the changes are many months away. The old exams will not go away until Feb. 24 of next year.

In other words, if you keep studying, take and pass existing exams, and you get your CCNA prior to February 2020, your certification will still be good after the transition.

Training

As with any certification, those seeking a CCNA can improve their chances for success by enrolling in formal training that prepares them for the test. With such significant changes on the way, you can ensure your employees are well prepared for the 2020 test by enrolling them in the right program. Some other good reasons to seek formal DevNet 200-901 Dumps for the CCNA exam:

  • By enrolling your IT team in a quality program, you can ensure they stay abreast of industry changes.
  • Formal training will help your team get certified much quicker.
  • Foundational knowledge will serve your employees well throughout their careers as the industry changes, and new skills and competencies arise.
  • A structured learning program helps students advance at a reasonable pace, as many founder when trying to progress in their competencies on their own.
  • Formal training makes students more accountable.

What is About CCNP Collaboration TShoot

As I mentioned in my previous blog post, Cisco 350-801 Dumps, part of the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching track, is one of the most unique exams I have ever taken. Not only are there multiple choice and drag-and-drop questions, there are also trouble tickets that you will have to diagnose.

So what is the best way to approach these trouble tickets? Obviously, being familiar with the IOS and following a systematic troubleshooting procedure is a great way to find out what is broken in each ticket. But what if you still can’t figure it out after looking at the configuration of every router and switch in the topology? Or what if you think you know, but you’re just not sure? I’m going to let you in on a little secret that I call the stare-and-compare method.

To use the stare-and-compare method, you will need to find at least one trouble ticket in which the problem is confined to the edge of the topology, such as the link between the Internet service provider (ISP) and the edge router. When you find a trouble ticket like this, do NOT close the ticket by answering the third question and clicking Done, because closing the ticket turns that ticket red and makes it unavailable for the rest of the exam. Instead, make note of which ticket you are on (it will be colored blue in the ticket list), write your answers on your dry-erase sheet, and click Abort to exit the ticket. By aborting the ticket, you will be able to enter the ticket again later.

After you’ve found one or more “”baseline”” tickets that you can reference, go ahead and handle as many trouble tickets as you can. When you get stuck, try to isolate the problem as best you can by using ping, traceroute, or any other troubleshooting methods you prefer. On the devices where you believe the problem exists, issue any relevant show commands and make note of any configurations that you think might be incorrect. For example, if you suspect an OSPF problem on R3, you might issue show running-config, show ip ospf, and show ip route to make note of the OSPF configuration. Then, abort the ticket and enter the baseline ticket you saved. On this baseline ticket, OSPF should be working properly, so issue show commands until you spot a discrepancy between the two tickets. When you find one, it is possible that you have discovered the problem. Use this information to judge whether the configuration would cause the problem, and if so, abort out of the baseline ticket, enter the trouble ticket that you were stuck on, and answer the Cisco 350-601 Dumps.

CCNP exam

You might have to switch back and forth several times from your ticket to the baseline to try to spot the differences. When switching from ticket to ticket, it can be easy to get confused as to which ticket you are on. Remember that the ticket you are working on is colored blue in the ticket list. Before you click Done to close a ticket, issue commands on the problem device so that you are absolutely certain that you are on the right ticket.

Don’t take too long on each ticket. If you get stuck, click Abort and move on to the next one. The topology is the same for each ticket, so it is likely that you will see something later in the exam that can help you figure out what the problem was in the earlier ticket.

Finally, before you end the trouble ticket portion of the exam, answer and close each of the tickets that you used as baseline references. If you don’t, you will TSHOOT yourself in the foot! What, no rimshot? No laughter? Tough crowd…

If you need help practicing for such a unique exam as TSHOOT, ExamClubs has the tools you are looking for. Cisco 300-715 Dumps for CCNP will give you hands-on practice with simulated routers and switches. Not only does NetSim contain dozens of labs that you can perform, but it also allows you to create your own network topologies! When you think you’re ready for the real thing, the ExSim-Max for TSHOOT practice exam will give you a realistic simulation of what you can expect on the live exam. Finally, take a look at Cisco’s TSHOOT exam instructions, TSHOOT exam demo (with four sample tickets), and the actual TSHOOT topology that is used on the live exam. The more familiar you are with the topology, the less time you will use analyzing it on the live exam, thereby giving you more time to answer the questions.

New Change for CCNA Collaboration Exam

You’ve spent endless nights poring over Cisco 300-410 Dumps, answering CCNA Voice practice questions, and searching—perhaps in vain—for a CCNA Voice lab simulation environment where you can get your hands on a shiny used Cisco Unified Communications 500 (UC500) that you can use to practice everything that you memorized from study guide screen shots and CCNA practice exam hearsay. Thinking you’re all primed to obtain your latest Cisco certification, you sit for the CCNA Voice exam and, to your horror, discover that what you studied for is yesterday’s news, cold bath water, stale bread, or pick your own metaphor. The rumors of the death of the UC500 topic in the CCNA Voice exam have not been exaggerated at all.

The previous CCNA Voice exam, 640-460, tested your knowledge about the concepts and configuration of small Voice over IP (VoIP) networks, the kind you’re most likely to deploy in a small business or medium-sized business. Therefore, the main focus of the exam was the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of products like Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME) for call management, Cisco Unity Express (CUE) for voice messaging, and the UC500 as an all-in-one solution that included that handy graphical user interface (GUI) known as Cisco Configuration Assistant (Cisco 350-501 Dumps).

The CCNA Voice 640-461 exam, on the other hand, switches the focus to a larger scale VoIP network. Make no mistake, you still need to know how to administer CME, but you also need to know how to deploy, configure, and maintain the big boys.

Know Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)

UCM is the big brother of the CME call processing platform. The previous Voice exam tested mainly over administering CME by using the command-line interface (CLI). For 640-461, be sure you understand how and where to configure user accounts, enable specific features, and generate reports by using the GUI as well. You cannot issue a show running-config there.

new cisco preparation

Know Cisco Unity Connection

Unity Connection is the voice messaging component of the enterprise-level Cisco VoIP network. Make sure you know how to add users to and enable features of Unity Connection. Additionally, you should understand the protocols and methods Unity Connection uses to communicate with other products in the VoIP environment.

Know Cisco Unified Presence (CUP)

CUP is the diplomat of the enterprise VoIP network, the component that gets all the other VoIP components talking to each other and to third party applications. You should know what CUP does and how it does it. There’s also the client side of CUP,  Cisco 350-701 Dumps, which is known as Cisco Unified Personal Communicator. Personal Communicator is software that enables an end user to place and receive calls from a workstation. You should familiarize yourself with deploying Personal Communicator and how it works with both CUP and UCM.

Know the VoIP Basics

Although you probably won’t find yourself needing to understand all the VoIP background information that you needed for the previous exam, you do still need to know some of the basics about how a VoIP network operates. For example, you should understand voice network protocols, call quality, and call signaling.

Know How to Troubleshoot

The 640-461 exam focuses on administrative and support roles. Therefore, you should understand the process of troubleshooting a VoIP network. You should also be familiar with common problems that you could encounter as a result of the misconfiguration of Cisco Unified Communications components, Cisco 300-510 Dumps, not to mention the solutions to those problems.

In the end, you have not completely wasted your time if you’ve studied CCNA Voice 640-460 materials to prepare for the 640-461 exam. However, you could find yourself struggling with exam questions that are related to UCM, Unity Connection, and CUP if you have no experience administering those products.

Cisco EIGRP Blueprint for You

So you are reviewing some practice test questions as you prepare for a Cisco exam and you come across a scenario that states something like, “…and all the routers in the topology are manufactured by Cisco.” You immediately shift your focus and begin to examine the available choices, scanning for anything that has to do with the Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP). We’ve all done that, right?

For those unfamiliar, EIGRP is an example of an Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP), which is a network routing protocol that routers use to exchange routing information within an autonomous system (AS). EIGRP takes its place alongside other frequently-encountered IGPs such as Routing Information Protocol (RIP) and Open Shortest Path First (Cisco 350-901 Dumps).

One of the characteristics of EIGRP that sets it apart from other IGPs is that it is a Cisco-proprietary protocol. This means that Cisco keeps private all of the documentation that describes the inner workings of EIGRP, and EIGRP is only implemented on Cisco products. RIP and OSPF are open standards, specified in documents known as Requests for Comments (RFCs), which are maintained by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Because they are open standards, RIP and OSPF are implemented by nearly every networking equipment vendor, including Cisco.

All this is about to change, now that Cisco has announced at Cisco Live London 2013 that they will be releasing Cisco 350-401 Dumps. What this means is that vendors other than Cisco will now be able to implement EIGRP on their networking products. Cisco has indicated that they will assist with interoperability testing to ensure that these non-Cisco EIGRP implementations work properly and can be integrated smoothly into existing Cisco networks.

Why would Cisco do this? Some customers prefer the flexibility of a multi-vendor solution. While EIGRP is an excellent choice for interior routing in networks large and small, some customers are hesitant to get locked into a single-vendor solution. With EIGRP as an open protocol, these customers will now be able to consider EIGRP based on its technical merits rather than whether it is a single-vendor or multi-vendor solution.

Cisco has announced that they will be releasing basic EIGRP via this informational RFC. Cisco will still maintain control of EIGRP, but now other vendors will be able to implement it if they choose to do so. There will be some advanced features such as EIGRP stub that Cisco will not be releasing and thus will only be available on Cisco 200-301 Dumps.

How to Efficient Preparation for Cisco Exam

I’ve got three favorite quotes on preparation:

“”Every battle is won before it is ever fought.””
– Sun Tzu, The Art of War

“”By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.””
– Benjamin Franklin

“”Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.””
– Abraham Lincoln

Preparation is the key to passing a certification exam. So what is the best way to prepare for one? The answer is probably a little different for everybody, but I will give you some tips that have helped me and others over the years.

First, you need to choose a Cisco 350-601 Dumps that corresponds to your experience level. Certifications aren’t a substitute for experience; instead, certifications should validate the experience you have. If you’re just starting out in IT, I recommend pursuing entry-level certifications, such as the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. If you already have some real-world experience administering Windows computers in a domain environment, you might consider the Microsoft MCSA and MCSE certifications. Or if you already have some real-world experience administering Cisco devices, you might consider the Cisco CCENT and CCNA certifications.

ccna preparation

If you’ve got a lot of experience, you could take the exam without studying, but I don’t typically recommend doing so. There are three ways to prepare for a certification exam:

1. Take the exam without studying. I don’t generally recommend taking an exam without studying first. However, if you have a lot of experience, it is possible to do. If you’re not sure, you could always use ExamClubs’s Cisco 300-715 Dumps to see if you’re ready.

2. Take a course from a training provider. Many people mistakenly believe that you have to take a classroom training course before you are allowed to sit a certification exam. However, only a few certifications require classroom training. If you learn better in a structured learning environment, a training provider might be the best option for you. However, a training provider will be much more expensive than the next option, which is…

3. Self study. This is the option I most often recommend. Self study has several advantages over a structured classroom training course. It allows you to learn at your own pace (not at the pace of the fastest or slowest person in the class), on your own schedule (not at the time the training center dictates), and by using Cisco 350-801 Dumps that you choose (not the ones the training provider makes you use), all at a fraction of the cost.

What I typically do is to study one or more study guides that have received positive reviews. Studying from more than one study guide can help you to understand difficult concepts; what one study guide describes poorly (or doesn’t cover at all), the other study guide might explain well.

After studying, I will test my knowledge by taking practice exams. Practice exams can help you gain confidence as well as let you know areas where you need improvement. High-quality practice exam products like ExamClubs’s ExSim-Max will have the following:

  • three or more exams, each with unique questions
  • question types that reflect what you will see on the real exam
  • detailed explanations that explain why the right answer is right and why the wrong answers are wrong
  • references that support the answer and give you more information about the subject
  • a money-back guarantee

What I recommend is to take the first practice exam, then after you get your score, read all the explanations. Yes, all of them – even the ones that you answered correctly. Then grab your study guide and review your weakest sections. After you are ready, take the second exam, and repeat the process. Do NOT take the last exam until you think you are ready for the real thing and want one last chance to evaluate your knowledge.

Some people recommend taking practice exams over and over and over again until you get 100%. I disagree with this approach because it can lead you into a false sense of security. Although getting more practice can be beneficial, getting a higher score on questions that you have already seen proves only that you have memorized the answers to those questions. Although the real exam will ask questions that are based on the same topics as the practice exam questions, the questions will be different.

Instead of taking questions over and over, you should spend your energy studying the practice exam explanations. The explanations often contain nuggets of information that you need to know. If you study those, you should do well on the real Cisco 300-710 Dumps.
